About Fei
Fei Li moved to the United States in 2013. He came to real estate almost by chance: a home-tour video he filmed and posted online drew wide attention, and he realized that buyers were looking for clear, honest, on-the-ground views of homes and neighborhoods. That video became the start of his real estate career.
Fei earned his California real estate license in 2017 and joined Keller Williams in 2018. In 2021 he formed Fei Li Estates, which has grown into a team of more than 60 members based in Orange County. In 2026 he became a Founder and Co-Owner of Keller Williams Newport Beach & Costa Mesa. Fei's own focus is listing and selling luxury homes in Newport Beach and Irvine, combining professional video and photography with marketing that reaches local, Chinese-speaking and international buyers.
Fei has published real estate and lifestyle videos on YouTube since 2016, in Chinese and English, and shares market updates and neighborhood tours on Xiaohongshu, WeChat and Instagram. Many clients first meet him through these videos before they ever call.
