很多人买房一上来就问：300 万、500 万预算该买哪里？其实更该先问的是：你想过什么样的生活？

1一个广场能解决多少日常需求

Woodbury Town Center 有 4 个入口，从社区内入口进来，两排棕榈树一直延伸到广场中心，是尔湾北部的地标之一。沿着广场走一圈，大致可以看到：

A shopping center and grocery store need enough foot traffic, which only higher-density neighborhoods provide. In south Irvine or hillside communities with large lots and only a few hundred homes, a grocery store is hard to sustain, so residents drive farther to shop.

4Two Lifestyles: Which Do You Choose?

• Convenience and activity: school runs, shopping, and the gym are minutes away, with a community pool and playground across the street; the trade-offs are no views, higher density, and sometimes more noise.
• Views and privacy: mountain or ocean views, quiet streets, perhaps a gate, but 20 minutes' drive for groceries, shipping, or hardware.

Woodbury, for example, has multiple community pools (some for apartment residents), well-maintained playgrounds, and barbecues with free gas, so some residents see no need for a private pool.

Neither lifestyle is wrong. Once you know the pace of life you want, you largely know where to buy.
